NO Rule of Law for a spoiled rich dilettante!

Especially since the mid-1980s, U.S. Presidents have sometimes declared that they can ignore a provision of a bill that they believe to be unconstitutional. But it is President George W. Bush who stands out in his contempt of America and the Constitution.
